Livability refers to the environmental and social quality of an area as perceived by residents, employees, customers and visitors. A three-tiered assessment tool was developed to help evaluate your neighborhood, your block, and your home in terms of what is needed to improve overall livability.

On a scale of 1 to 5, rate how the following statements relate to the livability of your neighborhood, block, or home.

• 1 indicates the statement does not describe your neighborhood at all;
  
• 5 indicates the statement describes your neighborhood very well.
  
• 0 indicates the statement is not applicable to your neighborhood or indicates you don't know or you don’t understand what this statement means.
